The staff were really good, fluent in English. Comfortable bed, like sleeping on a cloud. Good water pressure and hot water. Delicious packed breakfast for early departures. Lovely room, great TV channels, and convenient location. Cleanliness and friendly staff were commendable.
Can't fault anything about it.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the area. The location was great and there were plenty of nearby shops and restaurants within walking distance. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.
the noise from the neighboring rooms was unbearable and we were unable to sleep properly. the amenities provided were minimal and left a lot to be desired.

Located in a bustling tourist area, this new hotel is close to the river and easily accessible. the rooms are spotless with comfortable beds, nice tv channels, and a clean bathroom with hot water. the staff is welcoming and accommodating, even offering early breakfast to take away. the bellman and garage attendant go above and beyond to help guests settle in.

Had an amazing Easter stay in Hue! the staff at the hotel were phenomenal, friendly, and helpful. the location of the hotel was perfect and in a very convenient neighborhood. the beds were so comfortable and gave us the best night sleep, making it so hard to leave. the water pressure in the shower was great and made for a perfect ending to long days of exploration.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay very enjoyable. The location was perfect, being close to the river and in a popular tourist area. The hotel was very clean and had great facilities, including parking and transportation to explore the city. The breakfast was delicious and filled me up for the day.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
